LFI2119

LL-235F6 is a linear-low-density polyethylene resin (LLDPE), obtained by the gas phase
technology process. This grade is designed for the production of different types of films and
agricultural tapes. In this grade, excellent processability, mechanical properties, melt strength,
and durability are achieved based on the balanced molecular weight and molecular weight
distribution. LL-235F6 has good sealability and is approved for food contact applications.

Applications:

• Agricultural Films and Tapes
• Lamination
• Shrink Film
• Frozen Food Packaging
• Industrial Films

Features:

• Good Process ability
• Excellent melt strength

Storage

Polyethylene products (in pelletized or powder form) should not be stored in direct sunshine or
heat radiation. Ultraviolet causes changes in material properties. The Storage area should be dry
and preferably don’t exceed 50 °C.
Under cool, dry, and dark conditions, Jam Polymers polyolefin resins are expected to maintain
the original and processing properties for at least 18 months.
JPC would not be responsible for quality diminishing as a change in color or smell caused by bad
storage conditions.
It is recommended to process PE resin within six months after delivery.

Packaging

Jam Polymers Polyolefin resins are supplied in pallet form packed in 25kg bags. Alternative
packaging modes are available for selected grades.
